Nephrite was excited. After a hundred years without being allowed to have a kid assigned to him, he was given a new chance to prove himself. It was a special case, they said. The girl was a little older than the usual, but she was still so lonely that the Fairy Council decided that she could use some company.And an older person might be able to bear with Nephrite.
Seeing the girl alone in her room, he appeared before her, bowing.
"I am Nephrite, godparent at your service."
